Rehab Overview
Property in need of extensive interior and exterior renovations. A new roof with skylights and new
gutters along with new exterior paint and landscaping needed to be installed. The rear deck needed
extensive repairs as well as the front steps. The kitchen was completely renovated with new cabinets,
countertops, custom tile and appliances. The bathroom was completely redesigned with a Whirlpool
tub, custom tile and fixtures. A new forced warm air furnace was installed as well as a new hot water
heater.
Contractor Overview
Multiple contractors were needed to complete this project. A licensed general contractor was hired for
the flooring, kitchen, bathroom, painting and all carpentry. A licensed plumber was hired for all new
plumbing and hot water heater. A licensed electrician was hired for all electrical upgrades. A licensed
roofing contractor was hired for the new roof.
