As Senior Vice President for Williams Merchant Group, Fontana Fitzwilson is responsible for commercial and residential loan sales and is a principal buyer and seller of bulk real estate portfolios.
WMG utilizes proprietary analytics and auction capabilities of its affiliated company, Williams & Williams & to value, purchase, market, and sell REO assets. With experience in both the auction and cable television industries, Fitzwilson also manages the strategic and day-to-day operations of Auction Network, a multi-platform cable network dedicated to auctions. Fitzwilson was previously senior vice president of marketing, analytics and research for Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction and serves on the holding company strategic board. Prior to that she was with TV Guide for 15 years, where she headed the domestic and international research of TV Guide Television Group, including the areas of branding, positioning, programming, advertising, audience measurement, product and marketing development across multiple product lines and divisions of the company. A cum laude graduate of the University of Tulsa, Fontana Fitzwilson is a member of the American Marketing Association, and has previously chaired the Media and Telecommunications Industry Research Conference,
been awarded the distinguished TAMI Award in cable television, and has served nationally as a Future Leader on behalf of the Mortgage Banking Association.
