• What is a Foreclosure.com Webinar?

It's an interactive online real estate training experience that fosters an exchange of ideas and information in real-time. Essentially, we provide 90-minute educational sessions on an array of real estate topics that you can view — and participate in — conveniently from your home or office computer.

• How do I participate in these Webinars?

It's easy! In fact, you do not even need to be a regular Foreclosure.com subscriber to benefit from our educational Webinars. When you see an interesting course from the selection in the left side bar of your screen, click on it and the orange registration button that appears on the page that follows. You can then join the Webinar at the scheduled time by clicking the "Register Now" button or link in your confirmation email, which will be automatically sent to you after registration.

• Can I ask questions during a Webinar?

Yes! As a Webinar participant, you are able to see, hear and interact with the experts hosting the workshops right from your own computer. In fact, your valuable feedback is instantaneous and will help drive the Webinar.

• How do I ask questions during a Webinar?

Once the Webinar begins, a small window will appear in the corner of your screen — similar to the way in which an instant message conversation operates. This innovative feature will enable you to write and send questions about the course to our moderator for consideration throughout the 90-minute session.

• How come my question wasn't answered during the Webinar?

We pack so much valuable information into 90 minutes that sometimes — because of time constraints — we can't answer every single question. However, our moderator views and considers every single comment for inclusion in each Webinar. Often, we'll address the question indirectly or in conjunction with other similar questions.

• Are these Webinars live?

Yes, Foreclosure.com Webinars are live, which means that you get instant answers directly from the experts to those burning real estate questions that keep you awake at night.

• How do I access a Webinar if I miss it?

For prepaid customers who miss a Webinar: Foreclosure.com will send you an email with a link to view the most recently recorded session shortly after the LIVE presentation has been completed.

For unpaid customers who miss a Webinar: Foreclosure.com provides an On Demand feature, which enables you to view select prerecorded presentations at later dates. To choose from the menu of educational learning opportunities now click here.

• Do I need special software or programs to view these Webinars?

To view and participate in a Foreclosure.com Webinar on a PC, the following is required:

• Required: Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, Netscape Navigator 6.0 or later or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later
• Required: Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro or 2003 Server or Vista
• Required: Stable 56k, cable modem, ISDN, DSL or better Internet connection

• Recommended: Minimum of Pentium 400 with 256 MB of RAM

To view and participate in a Foreclosure.com Webinar on a Macintosh, the following is required:

• Required: Safari 1.3 or newer, Firefox 1.5 or newer on PowerPC G3/G4/G5 or Firefox 1.5.0.2 or newer on Intel (JavaScript and Java enabled)

• Required: Power PC G3/G4/G5 or Intel processor (G4 450 MHz with 256 MB of RAM)

• How does a Webinar differ from a teleconference?

Teleconferences, while somewhat effective, are becoming outdated. With a teleconference, a person participates via a telephone. It's not effective and takes away from the learning experience. A Webinar, on the other hand, allows participants to focus on the session and ask questions directly from their desktops. Put simply, we want you to focus on the session and get the most out of it, which is the reason for the Webinar.

• How do I find out more about the experts?

In addition to our own professionals, we feature some of the top real estate minds and gurus from around the nation in our Webinars. These experts share their secrets to success and provide information that you can use right away. • How do I cancel a Webinar for which I already paid?
