Midwest is a town in Natrona County, Wyoming, United States. It is part of the Casper, Wyoming Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 404 at the 2010 census.

The racial makeup of the town was 95.5% White, 0.2% African American, 1.2% Native American, 0.2% Asian, 0.2% from other races, and 2.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.2% of the population.
There were 148 households, of which 39.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.6% were married couples living together, 16.2% had a female householder with no husband present, 9.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 29.7% were non-families. 20.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
