Moscow is a borough in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,009 at the 2016 census. It is located approximately 9 miles from Scranton and 25 miles from Honesdale.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 2.8 square miles (7.3 km2), all of it land, with negligible surface water. The Roaring Brook flows through Moscow and many tributary streams merge there with the brook.

There were 789 housing units at an average density of 281.8 per square mile (110.1/km²). The racial makeup of the borough was 97.9% White, 0.3% African American, 0.9% Asian, and 0.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.7% of the population.
