Delta is a city in Keokuk County, Iowa, United States. The population was 328 at the 2010 census.

The racial makeup of the city was 97.0% White, 1.8% African American, 0.3% Native American, 0.3% from other races, and 0.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.6% of the population.
