Leroy is a city in McLennan County, Texas, United States. The population was 310 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Waco Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 335 people, 121 households, and 86 families residing in the city. The population density was 175.7 people per square mile (67.7/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 93.13% White, 4.48% African American, 1.79% from other races, and 0.60% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.09% of the population.
There were 121 households, out of which 28.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.8% were married couples living together, 7.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 28.9% were non-families.
