Lyndon is a village in Whiteside County, Illinois, United States. The population was 648 at the 2010 census, up from 566 in 2000.

The racial makeup of the village was 96.64% White, 0.18% African American, 1.24% Native American, 0.18% Asian, 0.35% from other races, and 1.41% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.24% of the population.
