Molena is a city in Pike County, Georgia, United States. The population was 475 at the 2000 census.
Early variant names were "Snidersville" and "Jenkinsville". The Georgia General Assembly incorporated Molena as a city in 1905.

The racial makeup of the city was 68.63% White, 30.74% African American, 0.42% from other races, and 0.21% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.68% of the population.
There were 134 households, out of which 42.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.2% were married couples living together, 12.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 17.9% were non-families.
