Bonita is a village in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 335 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Bastrop Micropolitan Statistical Area.
Bonita was founded in the early 1890s when the railroad was extended to that point. A post office has been in operation in Bonita since 1890.

As of the census of 2000, there were 335 people, 122 households, and 87 families residing in the village. The population density was 247.0 inhabitants per square mile (95.1/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 42.69% White, 55.52% African American, 0.30% Asian, 1.49% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.49% of the population.
