Boyle is a town in Bolivar County, Mississippi, United States. The population was 650 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.5 square miles (3.8 km2), of which 1.4 square miles (3.6 km2) is land and 0.077 square miles (0.2 km2), or 4.87%, is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 720 people, 268 households, and 191 families residing in the town. The population density was 712.8 people per square mile (275.2/km2). There were 290 housing units at an average density of 287.1 per square mile (110.9/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 52.78% White, 45.14% African American, 0.14% Asian, 0.14% Pacific Islander, 1.11% from other races, and 0.69% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.39% of the population.
There were 268 households, out of which 38.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 41.0% were married couples living together, 23.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 28.4% were non-families. 25.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.69 and the average family size was 3.22.
In the town, the population was spread out, with 33.3% under the age of 18, 7.5% from 18 to 24, 27.5% from 25 to 44, 22.6% from 45 to 64, and 9.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
