Gruver is a city in Emmet County, Iowa, United States. The population was 94 at the 2010 census.
Gruver was laid out in 1899. The town was called Luzon until 1900, when it the name was changed to Gruver.

As of the census of 2010, there were 94 people, 38 households, and 24 families living in the city. The population density was 723.1 inhabitants per square mile (279.2/km2). There were 40 housing units at an average density of 307.7 per square mile (118.8/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 97.9% White and 2.1% African American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.1% of the population.
