The City of Medicine Lake is a city in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 371 at the 2010 census. The city is located on a peninsula that juts into a lake of the same name.
"Medicine Lake Park" was developed as part of Plymouth, Minnesota by Jacob Barge around 1887. He sold lots to "city folks" to build cabins to get away from the "hustle and bustle" of city life.
