Cope is a town in Orangeburg County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 77 at the 2010 census, a decline from 107 in 2000.
Cope Depot was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

There were 46 housing units at an average density of 185.6 per square mile (71.0/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 41.12% White and 58.88% African American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.80% of the population.
There were 38 households, out of which 36.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 39.5% were married couples living together, 26.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.3% were non-families. 21.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
