Willernie is a city in Washington County, Minnesota, United States. It is bordered on all sides by the city of Mahtomedi. The population was 507 at the 2010 census.

The racial makeup of the city was 90.1% White, 1.0% African American, 1.2% Native American, 0.4% Asian, 1.2% from other races, and 6.1% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.3% of the population.
