Hansen is a city in Twin Falls County, Idaho, United States. The population was 1,144 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Twin Falls, Idaho Micropolitan Statistical Area.

The racial makeup of the city was 85.0% White, 0.3% African American, 1.2% Native American, 0.2% Asian, 9.8% from other races, and 3.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 16.5% of the population.
There were 395 households, of which 42.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.9% were married couples living together, 11.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.1% had a male householder with no wife present, and 25.8% were non-families. 22.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
