Rowesville is a town in Orangeburg County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 304 at the 2010 census.
Cattle Creek Campground was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.79% of the population.
There were 140 households, out of which 30.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 42.1% were married couples living together, 22.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.1% were non-families. 22.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
