Timberlake is a village in Lake County, Ohio, United States. The population was 675 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.21 square miles (0.54 km2), all land.
Timberlake is nearly completely surrounded by Eastlake, with one entrance to the village coming through Lakeline, and the remaining portion bordering Lake Erie.
As of the census of 2010, there were 675 people, 295 households, and 206 families living in the village. The population density was 3,214.3 inhabitants per square mile (1,241.0/km2). There were 307 housing units at an average density of 1,461.9 per square mile (564.4/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 96.3% White, 0.6% African American, 0.6% Native American, 0.6% Asian, 1.2% from other races, and 0.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.4% of the population.
There were 295 households, of which 22.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.6% were married couples living together, 7.8% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.4% had a male householder with no wife present, and 30.2% were non-families. 26.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
