Villa Hills is a home rule-class city in Kenton County, Kentucky along the Ohio River. The population was 7,489 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.4 square miles (11 km2), of which 3.7 square miles (9.6 km2) is land and 0.8 square miles (2.1 km2) (16.85%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 7,948 people, 2,808 households, and 2,209 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,144.3 people per square mile (827.2/km2). There were 2,855 housing units at an average density of 770.2 per square mile (297.1/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 97.52% White, 0.45% African American, 0.16% Native American, 0.94% Asian, 0.16% from other races, and 0.75% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.84% of the population.
