Fairfax is a village in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. It is a suburb of Cincinnati. The population was 1,699 at the 2010 census.

The racial makeup of the village was 94.8% White, 2.4% African American, 0.3% Native American, 0.8% Asian, 0.1% from other races, and 1.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.3%.
